Preparing Forsyth County's Youngest Children
for a Lifetime of Success.
Great Expectations is a community-wide initiative of the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust to ensure that all young children in Forsyth County meet age-appropriate developmental milestones in their first five years. It has a special focus on those living in financially disadvantaged families and the goal that all children enter kindergarten ready for the grand adventure of schooling and leave kindergarten fully ready for learning and life success. Learn more.
Successfully changing outcomes for Forsyth County’s youngest children and their families will require creative work at multiple levels. There is enormous room for individuals and organizations to engage with Great Expectations, as volunteers, thought partners, service providers, and more.
